Loved ones of arrested campaigners from New Zealand have expressed concern about poor conditions in confinement facilities, featuring lack of access to clean water and legal representation.

Humanitarian Mission Participants Experience Expulsion

Approximately 70 participants from multiple countries are scheduled to be deported from Israel, featuring 28 French citizens, twenty-seven Greeks, 15 Italian nationals, and nine Swedes.

Relative Reports of Poor Circumstances

Samuel's father shared grave apprehension about his son's circumstances, saying: "I'm very worried about him, as he remains in a holding cell right now, in a confined space crowded with other detainees... he has been lacking water and legal representation."

Heba Hamida mentioned that her sister had sustained an physical harm to her shoulder, though the loved ones remained unsure about the specifics of how it occurred.

"I urge the authorities to take action and bring our family members safely unharmed and in healthy condition," Hamida stated.

Official Responses

The Pacific nation's diplomatic corps released a statement stating that a consular partner in Tel Aviv had visited the citizens and that ongoing help would be offered in the near future.

At the same time, Israeli foreign ministry has rejected accusations that some participants were denied access their legal representatives and asserted that the constitutional protections of the detainees were being "fully upheld."
